I wrote to Prentis Hancock on July 6th 2015 to the address in the database and sent my DVD covers and a VHS cover along with a letter and today to my complete surprise got them back....

I couldn't believe how quickly they came back, a reliable source told me he usually takes about 5 weeks, this is just over 2 weeks. My current world record for a return was Georgia Moffett who was in a David Tennant episode and is now married to him. She took a grand total of 6 days.
