I took a chance and wrote to Thomas Jane via the above address. I sent Ltr, 1 photo and SASE.

I received my photo back signed and personalized (The Punisher pic) and Thomas also sent me a great 8x10 glossy (signed and personalized), which, in my opinion, is a much nicer photo. He also returned my SASE unused and sent everything back in a large board-backed envelope. Here are the pics:
