Hiya Alex, have you ever thought about investing in mailing bags and board backed envelopes.
I stopped using normal paper envelopes last year due to them always coming back either damaged or unsealed.

It's just an observation, I see so many envelopes on here that look damaged by the postal service machines

Hey, yeah of course, but I can't afford them at the moment. The photo isn't damaged though, so happy.

you can buy packs of them at most pound shops. I get 8 mailing bags for a pound and 5 board envelopes for a quid.....poundland and poundworld do either.

I am gonna be (when I have the money) getting a pack of 125 hard back envelopes.
