I sent a request to Rosa Blasi on 6/20/06 using the address I found in the database and today received it back w/ a claim that it was not deliverable as addressed and unable to forward.

Found a new site that enabled me to store all the different envelope pics so I discovered the RTS env in our paper recycling and can now post its pic (someone either at the location or within the post office blacked out the city/zip etc):
