I think she did not use your IRC because you don´t have "rubber stamp" in the left corner from your country, by your post office.

My post office told me, that they don't have to stamp them. I was really confused, 'cause I read that you have to, but they didn't. So I sent all my IRC without the stamp on the left corner. Too bad.

it's written that it's an optional stamp, i have the same on mine (i'm from Belgium)
