It depends who you want, for example some ex players still work at united as ambassadors. If you wanted Bryan Robson, bobby Charlton, Denis irwin ....they reply if you just write to the old Trafford address. Other players you can look at where they are now, I got Roy Keane to sign his book when he was at Aston villa and steve bruce when he was sunderland manager, if you have particular favourites try to google what they are doing now, if they work at another club try writing there.
