On 1/6/15 I sent a LOR, photo and SASE to Larry Wilcox from CHiPs. It came back RTS today, 1/23/15. I'm going to try the updated address on the sticker and I'll post what happens.

I received it back with my picture signed and another one of his signed as well, I am very happy as I know he is hard to get.
The return address on the envelope was different than the one I sent to him. The return envelope address was
