What does RTS stand for? Return To Sender? Thank You

Mail that is undeliverable as addressed is forwarded, returned to the sender, or treated as dead mail, as authorized for the particular class of mail. Undeliverable-as-addressed mail is endorsed by the USPS with the reason for nondelivery as shown in Exhibit 4.1. All nonmailable pieces are returned to the sender.

The letter I received back with my unsigned sweatshirt stated that unfortunately, we can't pass along request like these to him. He gets an incredibly large volume of mail here and he just doesn't have the time to sign everything that comes through our doors.

Do you know of another address I can try?

Don't waste your time or money sending to him...he's always been horrible TTM. He may sign one out of a hundred but your best bet is to just buy one if you want it.

He released a book about a year or so ago and you could buy signed copies directly from Barnes N Noble for $20 or so each. Not going to beat that.
