It costs about £2.50 to send to the USA and what I do is I send them 3 dollars for return postage in with my letter and photo

You can get 3 $1 dollar bills from marks and Spencer's travel boro or any place that changes money. $3 dollars cost about £1.80 uk money

Sorry for the late reply and yes the whole picture including white border is 6x4. I'm not sure if she always send 6x4, I think it depends on the size of the envelope from your SAE/SASE.

I did a light check and it's definitely not a pre-print, so it's hand-signed.
