It depends. Since friends is no longer on the air that could be the reason why. Also if you sent the emails to studio fan mail you wont recieve authentically signed photos only preprints and autopens. Just give it some time and see what happens.

When I wrote to the Friends cast many years ago, I received just a postcard, no PP, and no envolope, and that was around 2000, when Friends was still made.
