Today I received a really great black and white 5X7 photograph.

Received a compliment slip from Phil's PA stating he is not personalising or signing anything sent to him for a while. Sent a LOR, 1photo, and SAE, received what looks like a pre signed photo, very happy!

try a bit later. May be they ran out of pre-signed photos and wait until he will appear in the office to sign new ones
he doesn't really sign the pics sent to him, so having bearing that in mind, I've just asked for a photo and got one
