Paula Tilbrook fake failure ( Emmerdale)

I sent a letter and SAE to Paula on: 9th December 2011, and last Wednesday i recieved this signed and personalized photo back, but it doesn't match any of her past autographs or personalizations, I have seen before on here, or previous successes i have had from her. I rang Emmerdale about it, and they said that all they do is pass the mail on, so i don't know what is going on their Also they used a different SAE, and didn't use mine.

Unfortunately, it couldn't be any more obvious that is somebody else signing for her, and doing a bad job of it! It's a shame because she is a great one to have when you do get her, Shaun.
