I contacted actress Adria Dawn though her official website at http://adriadawn.com/Home.html and asked her how to go about obtaining a signed photo.

I e-mailed her back in August 2014 and she got back to me in September. She said to just tell her where to send one so I gave her my address.

I received it today (10/14/14).
