I sent to him over a year ago and got nothing back

That`s the way he does it.He will just sign out of the blue.He picks from the top because every time I have seen a success it`s barely a month or so old.
then he doesn`t sign again for like a year.
I urge people not to get all excited thinking he`s all of a sudden signing.
Because I assure you he`s not.
It`s a waste of stamps to send to him right now.because you`ll just be the base of the stack supporting the one or two that will be signed about a year from now.
7/24/13 was the last time he signed.I know because I was one of the lucky ones that got something after a month of waiting..
