I don't know why, but I sent a letter to Ariana grande, and got a rts. I waited 2 weeks and I used the address federal hwy and stuff but I got a rts, why do they do that?

I had stamps on before. Do they take off the stamps? They were on there but I have my doubts they stayed. It shipped so they might've fell. I have some of my address oops lol. It sent on July 31st, and I've just received it today. Wish me Goodluck on my g hannelius autograph and it'd be my 1st
