Sent to Adam West on 7/23/14 using the address in the database and it was returned today 8/4/14, with the reason refused.

Sorry to hear that! I just got back two personalized pictures on Friday one for my son and one for me and I used the address in the database and on the back of the envelope it was stamped adamwest.com.
