Alan Trammell failure

I sent a baseball card to Alan Trammell last week and today it came back unsigned. I used the address in the database.
Cards signed so far :

Angel All-Stars: 20

i think he only signs if you send to him at the start of spring training. during the season, you'll get everything back unsigned
