Celtic FC - The Lisbon Lions

Anyone who knows their football is familiar with the Lisbon Lions, the group of players who all grew up within 30miles of Celtic Park who went on to win the European Cup in 1967, the first British team to do so. It doesn't matter who you support, they are legends. In the truest sense of the word.

This morning the surviving members, along with the families of those who have died were heading off to Lisbon after being invited to the Champions League final in Lisbon tomorrow night.

To 2 Celtic History Books already signed by five - Hughes, Steve Chalmers, Jim Craig and Tommy Gemmell

It was a bit mad, with players coming out at the same time, and I missed a few, but I am delighted with those items.
