LOL - What I meant was why take a chance sending to a secondary address when the primary one was good? The I don't know response is baffling also. Does this mean that the agency paid for the postage to send your envelope to Switzerland and how did the US postage pass on the SASE?

Many congrats! I would rather send to USA also so I can send a SASE instead of money for return shipping. She was possibly in the US and perhaps they hold items there. I know Joan Collins Travels between the US and UK all the time.
