Dick Van Dyke SUCCESS!!

So on the 10th January from here in the UK I wrote to the legend that is Dick Van Dyke using the following address:

I sent a letter of request, SASE and 3 photographs, and today received my 3 photos back signed and personalised! Very happy with this one! 88 years old and still signing - what a legend!

Dick did a private signing recently and except for very rare successes (one guy got a few authentic dvd covers signed), it is the only way of getting anything real with Dick Van Dyke autographs via mail. And that was through a promoter for $89+

The proof is in the differences in his book signing versus ttm signatures. A simple google or ebay check will show it.

When the private signing autos come back, it will be proven in the signature differences as well.

Not trying to be mean. I wish there was a site like this with a message board when I first collected. Would have saved me a lot of money from sending to secretarial users.

But to others, calling people trolls is rude as well.

I'm sure no put downs were intended toward you but one would have thought that since you joined this site in 2012 you would have known for sure that it is the majority's assumption that DVD has not signed TTM for many years. (Let's see when the IP's come out) . Sometimes the informative advice is a little rough because after advising so many people for so long it is somewhat like a mortician who has worked with bodies for many years and a natural insesitivity builds up. Treat it as you would "tough love" I guess.
