I sent a LOR, SAE, an 8x10 and $5 AUS to cover return postage to Geoffrey Rush on 08/05/2013 and received my picture back signed on 09/01/2014. Used the address in the database:

There aren't any opinions to be had about the authenticity because he is known to sign his fanmail authentically.
