Southampton FC!! Inconsistant

I have sent many letters to Southampton over the last few months and I have always recieved an autograph until today. I always send a photo and an index card to be signed but these never get signed but they do send a signed club card. Past successes Luke Shaw, Gaston Ramirez, Victor Wanyama and Dejan Lovren.
But today I recieved back my letter from Dani Osvaldo who just sent a preprint without the photo I sent him. Owell I've been very successful in the past.

your right. i have cards with pictures or trading cards to several players of Southampton. In the past i received an originally signed club card of Dejan Lovren and the cards i sent to him were unsigned.

Today the same problem you have with Osvaldo (and Wanyama). I get a pre print card of both players, but i get my Osvaldo trading card and my two Wanyama pictures (unsigned) back.

Luke Shaw signed my photo but he's is the only Southampton player to do so
