I dont understand why people even send to him. Wasn't it proven a few years back that he sends secs? :?

If someone sends a request to celebrity and receives a sec, usually that someone wants to think that they are genuine. It's basic human psychology, people want to be consistent. "I received a signature, so please comment on the authenticity even though I want to believe it's authentic."
If you use your money and time for something, you want to feel consistent, you want to believe, even though you know it's not :)

This is just people in general. :)

I wrote to him simply because the photo his sec personalizes and sends out is one of the most famous sec signatures of all-time. lol

These are legit. Nobody on here can PROVE they are not. They weren't there when they were signed and PSA and JSA are jokes.
