Well I am quite psyched about this success. As a cop for almost 8 years, and in law enforcement for the past 12, I have always been fascinated with the forensic science side of police work. When you go to a crime scene, our job is to collect evidence and make a case. The medical examiner ultimately has the last say in the official cause of death of anyone brought into their "office". I have had the ability to sit in a a few autopsies and it is the most incredible form of "science" I can ever imagine. Dr. G's show can be seen on Friday night at 8pm central time, 9pm eastern on the Discovery Health Channel. She is the best in the business. So I wrote to her and asked her several questions about her profession and also requested an autographed photo of her. And today the wait is over. I received 2 very awesome 5x7 color photos along with a response letter to my questions. As busy as she is, I find it totally cool that she took time to write me back and her messages were equally awesome as well.
