What did you use for return postage? I live in the states and tried several months ago without any success. I want to try again but not sure if I should buy English stamps or send US money.

Why don't you just send too Andre Agassi in the USA where you are instead of andy Murray it would save you the worry of sending British stamps etc. besides I don't think andy Murray's are authentic through the mail, he has about 10 different signatures if you check it out. Seriously I wouldn't bother wasting your time if I were you.
