Carl Erskine

Sent a baseball, pen, SASE, and letter to Carl Erskine at his IN address. Did not send money, but asked him to sign and also add "1955 World Series Champs" and the dates of his two no-hitters. Sent this out on 10/23/13. I received the ball back on 11/7/13 with all insriptions added as requested. He also packaged up the ball nicely (I had sent it in a sandwich baggie and wrapped in tissue). He also sent back my letter and wrote on the back thanking me for writing and encouraging a donation to special olympics. He signed his note and also added his years wth the Dodgers too.

I'm going to send a cash donation to him for use with special olympics and thank him for accomodating my request to him.
