Fernando Torres success! (Chelsea F.C.)

So,today I got success from a great football player Fernando Torres. :D I used the address for Chelsea F.C.
I sent(19/07/13):SASE,LOR,2 photos
Received(17/10/13):2 photos signed in my SASE.
Everything is great but there was a weird little note on the envelope :roll: .I have never seen such before,maybe anyone of you knows what does it mean?
