Jack Nicholson - RTS

I was debating on whether or not to post this and decided it may do some good to do so, since it'll allow others to not waste their time/money. The weirdest thing about this RTS was that the envelope was opened, everything was taken out (there was fingerprints, bends, and scratches on the picture), then it was put back in with a single piece of scotch tape placed over the opening.
