Mr. Mortensen came to Paraguay yesterday, and today he presented a book, published by Perceval Press (his own Publisher).
It was like this: I went to a Foundation where the book was going to be presented, but it turned to be a private event. After a few moments waiting (with other people too), I saw Viggo Mortensen driving himself away from the venue. I knew where he was staying, so I went there with the girl I'm dating. When we arrived, he had just arrived too, and we went onto him and asked him to sign some photos we had. "Pick just one, quick.", he said. He looked tired. The girl I'm dating picked one and he signed it! Then, we started leaving the Hotel and the girl I'm dating was complaining about why she didn't insisted on asking him to sign another one for her. So I told her to go back, and I saw a waiter inside that I knew from a long time ago (a friend of mine actually), and I explained to him that we were there to see Viggo, and I asked him to ask Viggo to sign another photo, and he actually did! (The girl I'm dating has the other one, a nice B&W photo).
I'm so happy for this! My second Lord of The Rings actor, after Sir Ian McKellen! (and yes I know Viggo has been in other films, but he was awesome playing Aragorn in LOTR!)

I met Viggo today at the hotel. He was about to leave for the press conference and he was so nice. He gave everyone an autograph with dedication. Unfortunetly mine tuned out to be unreadable. It was raining a bit and the pens gave up and you cant really read a thing on my DVD cover of "The Road".
Glad I took these two shots of Viggo and me!

Today I met Viggo again when he checked out of the hotel. This time I gave him a piece of paper and the pen was okay because it didn't rain.
Two times in a row Viggo Mortensen. ;)
