Joan Rivers email success

On June 6TH I emailed Ms. Rivers through her website http://www.joan.co/ AND WENT Through customer service and got it back signed and personalized. Took about a month but they emailed me and said it could take awhile do to her schedule. So very happy to get an Authentic through email.

Did they send you back an email saying they got it and would get it out to you ? If not PM me the address you used. See if there is something wrong there.
