Need help!
I live in the states and when I went to my local post office for international reply coupons, they said they no longer have them. So I asked them how can I send a package internationally and pay for the postage to have them send it back. They said it couldn't be done. If this is true, I mean if the post office won't sent it, who will? FedEx, UPS?
Re: Need help!
You will either have to buy postage stamps of the country from where the package will be sent, or more likely, include US dollars so the person can pay for return postage (yes, US dollars even though the package will be sent internationally.) I've done the latter a few times.
Most, if not all, overseas post offices don't know what to do with IRCs now.

Re: Need help!
Thank you for your prompt response. This gives me a direction to move forward but still I am running out of time. Did you ever send anything to the UK the states? If so how much did it cost them to sent it back?
Re: Need help!
I haven't, but I have sent 5x7 photos to Europe to get signed and returned to me. I've enclosed $3 and that seemed to be enough.
