Well, first off, David Bowie is not going to be where the exhibit is. And also, he does NOT sign through the mail, no matter the location and has not for many years. You are honestly better off purchasing his autograph from a reliable source.
Sorry to be blunt, but he just doesn't.

He has not done concerts since 2003 and even with the new album out, there has not been word. The exhibit, maybe he has been to, since it is his clothes and original work and photos on display, but last I heard, he is either in Italy on vacation with his Daughter or in New York.
