How do I upload a picture straight to the forum!

I was wondering how people upload pictures straight to the forum? Without using imageshack!
Pleas help? Thanks :)

I believe you have to have a web host for your pictures- I use Flickr.

The forum doesn't support uploading from PC's/devices, they have to be web hosted.
