Nancy Reagan email failure

Was trying to collect all ex-presidents and their first ladies that are still alive so I sent an email to www.reganfoundation.org on 4/19/13 and I saw that somebody had a success with it in 2011. Today 4/22/13 I received an email from her secretary saying she receives too many requests like mine and is no longer signing ttm. Well I'm not that upset about it considering that she is 91 years old she is probably just trying to tone down a little bit.
