Rodney Crowell Success

Sent: request via facebook. Manager provided mailing address. Sent LOR, cd booklet and SASE on 11/14/12. Followed up in March and was informed that Rodney had lost my cd booklet, and they would make it up to me.
Received: Brand new copy of the cd I originally sent, personalized and signed on 4/20/13
