Sorry I received this back so long ago but I've just been so busy lately:

Sent LOR and 1990 Fleer card in SASE on Tuesday January 8th 2013. Received back card and letter back unsigned on Monday January 28th 2013.

He doesn't sign c/o his house and it's a ghost-signer c/o the Dodgers. You'll need to get him IP or at a show.
