Hopefully you marked the payment as Merchandise/for goods or services instead of Gift as thats how scammers get out of fees and refunds by telling you to mark it as gift.

I know but I have filed a complaint and no one didnt anything, I didnt get my money back but it was only 5 dollars so I moved on. We live and learn. How much did he take from you?
