A Month or so ago i posted a message to find a Signed photo off Gillian Anderson for my Wife's Birthday, on Wednesday 7th November i Recvd a Email from BATMANFOREVER offering me 1 to buy and sent me a scan and we emailed each other back and forth to Negotiate a price, then they told me they had others 4 sale so i asked 4 scans and we settled on price. Then i sent him payment via Paypal and emailed 2 ask if he recvd it i got no Reply. The Next day i emailed again to find out if payment was recvd i got no reply, Then the next day i emailed again asking if Items were sent and i got a email that Evening saying it aint been 24hrs yet and they would be Sent Saturday, i reminded them it was my Wife's birthday the following week but i got no Reply. On Saturday I Emailed them and they replied to say my Items were on their Way.
I sent a email back asking if they were sent 1st or 2nd Class but i got no reply, i emailed them on Monday with NO Reply and On Tuesday. On Thursday they emailed me to say they gave the stuff 2 a Friend 2 Post but they didn't do it but they would send them that day ( got this email in the Morning) so i suggested sending it Recorded Delivery so it would get to me the Next day seeing how i had been waiting some time 4 it but never got a reply. On Friday i emailed them 2 ask if the Items had been posted but got NO Reply. Yesterday i emailed them to find out y the Photos had still not arrived and that i want a Refund as my wife's Birthday had passed and i didnt have anything to give her because i was relying on the Photos 4 her i got NO reply. I have emailed them this Morning and Still no reply and still No Photos. I WOULD strongly suggest NOT to deal with this person...

They ave Just emailed me saying that the Photos were sent on Saturday, i emailed straight back askin was it 1st or 2nd Class but had no reply back..

STILL NO REPLY FOR THAT EMAIL YESTERDAY, NO PHOTOS TODAY AND I HAVE RECVD ITEMS FROM THE USA THIS WEEK SENT LAST THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AND IVE RECVD OTHER MAIL SENT 1ST AND 2ND CLASS THIS WK FROM THE UK BUT NOT THIS PACKAGE. I HAVE GIVEN THEM TILL 6PM TO REFUND ME OR I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM

if i have no way of contacting him about whereabouts, who will be refunding my £50 when i cant get in touch anymore ?

You should file a paypal claim right away to try and get your money back.

it looks like there is 3 off us now who ave paid this person money 4 stuff we avent recvd and they ignor our emails...it seems like a large fraud going on ere, i feel we should all go 2 the police...

Sounds shady and immediately file a pay pal claim!, and file a claim with the iC3.

The police will do nothing!, go here this is were i went and it is through the FBI and they will do a investigation on your matter. Try and get their real name and address if possible, if not contact fanmail to see if they can help on a name and address.
