I don't know if he doesn't sign TTM (sounds like he wouldn't) but I can understand his opinion if people are selling his autographs. He signs for free & someone else profits. He should sign less & personalise everything. Or do what Greg Norman does with TTM requests & stamp (or write) on the back of it that the autograph is for that person only & not to be sold. Pity collectors who don't sell their collections are bundled together with that sweeping statement though.

He might sign Star Wars pictures. He hasn't called Star Wars fans 'parasitic' and 'f*cking w*nkers', he has called FALSE Star Wars fans that way, which actually it's not the same. I think it would be a good idea to clarify that one doesn't mean any disrespect and that there are no intentions to sell celebs autos... In fact, that's why many celebs stop signing as time goes by.

Not all of the U.S. Governors are into answering mail. Though I always thought it was part of their job. I know Alaska's, Hawaii's, California's, New York's and Iowa's Governors were not responsive. If I ever find my list I can tell you who the others are. I guess it just depends on who the people who are Governors are.

I don't think Sean Astin responds through the mail either. He keeps saying in his interviews he only signes for charity.
