On 8/28/12, I sent a letter, two 4x6 photos, and SASE to

George Kottaras
c/o Oakland Athletics
7000 Coliseum Way
Oakland, CA 94621

On 9/15, I received both photos back signed in black sharpie! Sadly, the signatures were smudged because the ink didn't dry all the way, but still a success. Sorry, no scan.
