Andrea Bocelli success :C

Well, i sent this pic, a lor and a sae on June 12th. I received it today.
The problem is that i got my pic but is ripped. In my sae there was a note from the italian Postal Service and they wrote that it was they fault and they were sorry. There were none italian stamps on my sae D:
