I sent a stamped envelope, self addressed and everything around the 20th of July maybe? I can't say exactly. I got the envelope back today (July 30th) but it was an RTS.

I actually sent to them earlier this month as well and got back a RTS :neutral:

I reckon its been flooded and with it being the store they don't want the mail hanging about.
