Received: July 12, 2012 3 cards unsigned, 2011 team photo, 2 schedules, sticker, pp form letter, and my SASE (at least I can reuse the stamps).
About two months ago I went to fan fest in San Antonio Texas in an effort to try to get Miles Austin, Sean Lee, Dez Bryant, and several other Cowboys players autographs in person. Well to make a long story short I waited in line for 4 hours and went home with 1 autograph from Jay Novachek because by the time I got to the front of the line everyone was leaving (the current players left after an hour with a line around the block). So in an attempt to try to get these autographs again for my son I sent my cards to the Cowboys organization with a hand written letter telling them what happened, and how I would appreciate any response. Well today I received my letter from the Dallas Cowboys, and was very sad to find out that apparently they don't accommodate any requests for autographs and sent me a bunch of bologna that I already have because I am a member of the fan club.
But, the silver lining to my cloud is the suggestion of the letter to write attention the players at the same address. Wish me luck when I send to all three individually. You know what they say the third time is the charm.
