On 8-24-11, I sent a LOR, SASE, and basketball card to Sam Perkins @:

On 7-9-12, I received my basketball card back autographed.

I sent a 8x10 to him a few months back, got it yesterday. I have a buddy who also sent to him a few weeks before me who also got his back yesterday.
