Just as Info Audrey, you live in Russia, right ?!
The red stamp (0,60€) is not enough for foreign countries ...you have to use a violet one (0,89€)
0,77€ for Europe and 0,89€ for other countries
But nice that you didn't have to pay a post-tax !
