I just got back from vacation and had 2 autographs waiting for me in my mail box!!

I sent a May 2011 Playboy magazine, brief letter and SASE to Karina Smirnoff on October 18, 2011.

I finally received it back signed on June 12, 2012
Removed (Nudity)
