Hey everyone! I have a couple questions about sending via venue to a concert.
Is there anything specific I should write on the envelope like "Hold until (concert's date)" or something along those lines? And, how much time beforehand should I send a request out before the concert? I'd only be sending to musicians in the USA which is where I'm from.
Any help would be appreciated! I thought this would be the best place to ask the question.

Can confirm that the Old Vic theatre in London passes on Fanmail - got a reply from John Boyega today

The Olympiastadium Berlin Germany doesn`t pass on mail anymore. I got my envelope back with a note on it that I should contact the promoter directly
