Did it say on the envelope why it didnt make it to them? And are you sure you had enough postage on the envelope? Other then that Im not sure why it got returned, as I got a success from them a little over a month ago

I just received my response from them today, using the same address, so I am not sure why yours didn't make it! I guess I would say to be sure you have enough postage on the envelope. If you still aren't sure, just stop by your nearest post office and I am sure they can help you.
