I must have written a few times over the years to Rowan - did so again on 8th December 2011, enclosing a LOR SASE - today I received the same Mr Bean pre-print :( :( :( really thought i may be luckly this time given the authentic successes people were reporting from him lately

Me too :-( I tried after seeing some authentics but I just got the Mr Bean pre-print today as well.
