I sent a LOR and SASE to Gina Torres on Aug 13, 2010. I received an autographed picture on Jan 11, 2012.

Since I sent it in 2010, I'm not positive...probably the address in the database.

If you sent a photo, it may be faster. I did receive a letter with the picture dated Dec 12, 2011, apologizing if her response had been tardy. It says what she's been doing and the signature is signed in pen on the letter.
